Responsibilities
- Washing tableware and kitchen utensils (the establishment has a dishwasher for glassware)
- Regular cleaning of sanitary facilities during the shift, monitoring the availability of personal hygiene products
- Maintaining cleanliness of production, sanitary, warehouse and service premises
- Cleaning the hall and entrance area during the shift as necessary

- Monthly bonuses based on performance
- Preparation and serving of drinks in accordance with technological process
- Communicating with guests at the bar counter
- Preparation of workpieces in accordance with sanitary standards and technological maps
- Inventory, scrapping of blanks
- Compliance with internal service standards and job descriptions
- Maintaining cleanliness of production premises (bar, warehouse)
- Georgian language or willingness to attend courses
- English language
